Parameter	Description
venc_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video encoding channel. Call the acl.media.venc_create_channel_desc API to create data of the aclvencChannelDesc type in advance.
key_frame_interval	Int, key frame interval. The value range is [1, 65536].
