Sets the encoding channel description attribute: callback thread ID.

The Atlas training product does not support this API.

Parameter	Description
venc_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video encoding channel. Call acl.media.venc_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvencChannelDesc type in advance.
thread_id	Int, callback thread ID. NOTE: Do not pass the same thread ID for subscribing to VENC callback functions on different devices in the same process.

Int, callback thread ID.

NOTE:
