Parameter	Description
dvpp_stream_desc	Int, pointer address of the video stream description. Call acl.media.dvpp_create_stream_desc to create data of the acldvppStreamDesc type in advance.
ret_code	Int, return code. 0 indicates success. Other values indicate failure.
