Parameter	Description
dvpp_pic_desc	Int, pointer address of the image description. Call acl.media.dvpp_create_pic_desc to create data of the acldvppPicDesc type in advance.
data_dev	Int, pointer address of the image data memory on the device. The memory must be allocated by calling acl.media.dvpp_malloc.
