Parameter	Description
channelDesc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video decoding channel. Call acl.media.dvpp_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.
paramType	Int, attribute parameter type. For details, see aclvdecChannelDescParamType.
param	Int, pointer address of the attribute value.
