Function Description
Extended API of hi_mpi_vpc_crop_resize_paste. Multiple input images can be processed at a time. Crops one or more ROIs from each source image, resizes the crop ROIs, and pastes them to each destination image. The number of destination images should be consistent with that of the ROIs. This API is asynchronous.
