Configures the digital image stabilization (DIS) function of a VI channel.

Before calling this API, you must call the hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe API to create a pipe.

When this API is called to set hi_dis_config.scale to HI_TRUE and the DIS function is enabled by calling the hi_mpi_vi_set_chn_dis_attr API, the crop_ratio parameter in the DIS configuration information can be dynamically modified when the DIS function is enabled. To modify the DIS configuration parameters in other cases, you must call the hi_mpi_vi_set_chn_dis_attr API to disable the DIS function before modifying the parameters. The parameters cannot be dynamically modified.
