hi_mpi_sys_full_init

Applicability

Function Description

Fully initializes VPC and VENC hardware resources in the scenario where images are quickly displayed in 3 seconds during surround-view stitching.

This API must be called after hi_mpi_sys_init is called. Otherwise, an error is returned. This API needs to be called only once.
