Function Usage
Obtains the actual number of dynamic outputs of an operator.
Prototype
APIs taking string arguments will be deprecated in future releases. Use APIs taking non-string arguments instead.

Returns
Actual number of dynamic outputs.
If name is invalid or the operator has no dynamic output, 0 is returned.
