Performs NOT operation on a tensor element-wise.

vnot(raw_tensor)

Parameters

raw_tensor: a tvm.tensor for the input tensor

The supported types are int16, uint16, uint32, and int32.

res_tensor: a tvm.tensor for the result tensor
