Fixes the virtual address where a memory UCE occurs.

aclError aclrtMemUceRepair(int32_t deviceId, aclrtMemUceInfo *memUceInfoArray, size_t arraySize)

deviceId	Input	Device ID. The value must be the same as the device ID in aclrtSetDevice.
memUceInfoArray	Input	Pointer to the aclrtMemUceInfo array.
arraySize	Input	Length of the aclrtMemUceInfo array.
