Function Usage
Obtains and clears the error messages returned by other failed API calls in the same process or thread.
When an error is reported during execution, you are advised to call this API to obtain the error message for fault locating. This API cannot be used together with GEGetErrorMsgV2. You are advised to use GEGetErrorMsgV2.
