Function
Computes the backward propagation of aclnnL1Loss. reduction specifies the loss function computation mode. Supported values are 'none', 'mean', and 'sum'. 'none' means no reduction is applied, 'mean' means the sum of the output will be divided by the number of elements in the output, and 'sum' means the output will be summed.
Function Prototype
Each operator is divided into a two-phase API. First call the "aclnnL1LossBackwardGetWorkspaceSize" API to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that contains the operator computation process, and then call the "aclnnL1LossBackward" API to perform the computation.

Parameters:
Parameter Input/Output Description Instruction Data Type Data Format Dimension (Shape) Non-contiguous Tensor gradOutput (aclTensor*) Input Gradient backpropagation input. The shape must satisfy the broadcast relationship with self.
The data type and the data types of self and target satisfy the data type deduction rules (see Conversion Relationship).FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16 ND 1-8 √ self (aclTensor*) Input Input tensor. The shape must satisfy the broadcast relationship with gradOutput and target.
The data type must satisfy the data type deduction rules with gradOutput and target (see conversion relationship).FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16 ND 1-8 √ target (aclTensor*) Input Ground truth labels. The shape must satisfy the broadcast relationship with gradOutput and self.
The data type must comply with the data type deduction rules with self and gradOutput (see Conversion Relationship).FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16 ND 1-8 √ reduction (int64_t) Input Specifies the reduction to apply to the output. Supports 0('none')|1('mean')|2('sum').
-'none' means no reduction is applied.
-'mean' means the sum of the output will be divided by the number of elements in the output.
-'sum' means the output will be summed.INT64 - - √ gradInput (aclTensor*) Output Output loss. The data type must satisfy the data type deduction rule with self (see Conversion Relationship). FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16 ND 1-8 √ workspaceSize (uint64_t*) Output Returns the workspace size to be allocated on the Device side. - - - - - executor (aclOpExecutor**) Output Returns the op executor, which contains the operator computation flow. - - - - - Return value
aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Code.
The first-phase API performs input parameter validation and returns an error in the following scenarios:
Return Value Error Code Description ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_NULLPTR 161001 The input gradOutput, self, target, and out are null pointers. ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID 161002 The data types of self, gradOutput, and target do not satisfy the data type deduction rules. The result of data type deduction among gradOutput, target, and self is not within the supported range. The shapes of gradOutput, self, and target cannot be broadcast. The shapes of gradOutput, self, and target exceed 8 dimensions. The shape after broadcasting gradOutput, self, and target is inconsistent with gradInput. The reduction value is not within the range of 0 to 2. The computation result cannot be cast to the dtype of gradInput.

Parameters:
Parameter Input/Output Description workspace Input Address of the workspace memory applied on the Device side. workspaceSize Input Size of the workspace applied on the Device side, obtained through the first-phase API aclnnL1LossBackwardGetWorkspaceSize. executor Input Operator executor that contains the operator computation process. stream Input Specifies the stream for task execution. Return value
aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Code.
Constraints
- Deterministic computation:
- aclnnL1LossBackward defaults to a deterministic implementation.
