Function

  • Description: Determines whether the sign bit of each element in self is 1, and returns a Bool-type tensor.

  • Formula:

outi=(selfi<0)?[True]:[False]out_i = (self_i < 0) ? [True] : [False]

Function Prototype

Each operator is divided into a two-phase API. The "aclnnSignbitGetWorkspaceSize" API must be called first to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that encapsulates the operator computation flow. Then, the "aclnnSignbit" API is called to perform the computation.

aclnnStatus aclnnSignbitGetWorkspaceSize(
  const aclTensor *self,
  aclTensor *out,
  uint64_t *workspaceSize,
  aclOpExecutor **executor)
aclnnStatus aclnnSignbit(
  void *workspace,
  uint64_t workspaceSize,
  aclOpExecutor *executor,
  aclrtStream stream)

aclnnSignbitGetWorkspaceSize

  • Parameters:

Parameter Input/Output Description Instruction Data Type Data Format Dimension (Shape) Non-Contiguous Tensor
    self (aclTensor*) Input Input tensor. - FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16, INT32, UINT32, INT64, UINT64, INT16, UINT16, INT8, UINT8, BOOL, DOUBLE ND Dimensions higher than 8 are not supported. โˆš
out (aclTensor*) Output Output tensor. - BOOL type or data types that support Bool conversion via Cast. ND Same as self. -
workspaceSize (uint64_t*) Output Returns the workspace size to be requested on the Device side. - - - - -
executor (aclOpExecutor**) Output Returns the operator executor, which contains the operator computation process. - - - - -
    • Atlas training products: The BFLOAT16 data type is not supported.
  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

The first-phase API performs input parameter validation and returns an error in the following scenarios:

    Return Value Error Code Description
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_NULLPTR 161001 The input self or out is a null pointer.
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID 161002 The data type or dimension of self and out is not within the supported range.
The deduced data type cannot be converted to the data type of the specified output out.
The shapes of self and out are inconsistent.
The dimensions of self and out exceed 8.

aclnnSignbit

  • Parameters:

    Parameter Input/Output Description
workspace Input Address of the workspace memory applied on the device side.
workspaceSize Input Size of the workspace applied on the device side, obtained through the first-phase API aclnnSignbitGetWorkspaceSize.
executor Input Operator executor that contains the operator computation flow.
stream Input Specifies the stream for task execution.
  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

Constraints

  • Deterministic computation:

    • aclnnSignbit defaults to a deterministic implementation.
