Function

  • Description: Performs the linear_cross operation on the input tensors.

  • Formula:

out=selfร—other=โˆฃijkx1y1z1x2y2z2โˆฃ=(y1z2โˆ’y2z1)iโˆ’(x1z2โˆ’x2z1)j+(x1y2โˆ’x2y1)kout = self\times other = \begin{vmatrix}i&j&k\\x_1&y_1&z_1\\x_2&y_2&z_2\end{vmatrix} = (y_1z_2-y_2z_1)i-(x_1z_2-x_2z_1)j+(x_1y_2-x_2y_1)k

Function Prototype

Each operator is divided into a two-phase API. The "aclnnLinalgCrossGetWorkspaceSize" API must be called first to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that encapsulates the operator computation flow. Then, the "aclnnLinalgCross" API is called to perform the computation.

    • Atlas training products BFLOAT16 is not supported.
  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

The first-phase API performs input parameter validation and returns an error in the following scenarios:

    Return Value Error Code Description
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_NULLPTR 161001 Indicates that self or out is a null pointer.
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID 161002 The data types of self, other, and out are inconsistent, or the data format is not within the supported range.
The dimension of self or other is greater than 8.
self and other do not satisfy the broadcast relationship.
The shape of self and other after broadcast is inconsistent with out.
The shape of self in the corresponding dim dimension is not 3.
The value of dim is not within the range of [-number of dimensions of self, number of dimensions of self - 1].

aclnnLinalgCross

  • Parameters:

    Parameter Input/Output Description
workspace Input Address of the workspace memory applied for on the Device side.
workspaceSize Input Size of the workspace applied for on the Device side, obtained through the first-phase API aclnnLinalgCrossGetWorkspaceSize.
executor Input The op executor, which contains the operator computation flow.
stream Input Specifies the stream on which the task is executed.
  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

Constraints

  • Deterministic computation:

    • aclnnLinalgCross defaults to a deterministic implementation.
