Function

  • Description: Returns the remainder of self divided by other.

  • Formula:

For the input self and the comparison tensor other, Fmod can be expressed by the following formula:

    outi=selfi−(otheri∗⌊(selfi/otheri)⌋)out_{i} = self_{i} - (other_{i} *\left \lfloor (self_{i}/other_{i}) \right \rfloor)

Function Prototype

Each operator is divided into a two-phase API. You must first call the "aclnnFmodTensorGetWorkspaceSize" or "aclnnInplaceFmodTensorGetWorkspaceSize" API to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that contains the operator computation process, and then call the "aclnnFmodTensor" or "aclnnInplaceFmodTensor" API to perform the computation.

aclnnFmodTensorGetWorkspaceSize

  • Parameters:

Parameter Input/Output Description Instruction Data Type Data Format Dimension (Shape) Non-contiguous Tensor
    self (aclTensor*) Input The input parameter for the Fmod computation, i.e., self in the formula. - DOUBLE, BFLOAT16, FLOAT16, FLOAT32, INT32, INT64, INT8, UINT8 ND 0-8 √
other (aclTensor*) Input Input parameter for the Fmod computation, corresponding to "other" in the formula. - DOUBLE, BFLOAT16, FLOAT16, FLOAT32, INT32, INT64, INT8, UINT8 ND 0-8 √
out (aclTensor*) Output Specifies the output parameter for the Fmod computation, corresponding to out in the formula. The data type must be a convertible data type derived from self and other. The shape must be consistent with self. DOUBLE, BFLOAT16, FLOAT16, FLOAT32, INT32, INT64, INT8, UINT8 ND 0-8 √
workspaceSize (uint64_t*) Output Returns the workspace size to be applied for on the device side. - - - - -
executor (aclOpExecutor**) Output Returns the op executor, which contains the operator computation flow. - - - - -
  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

The first-phase API performs input parameter validation and returns an error in the following scenarios:

    Return Code Error Code Description
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_NULLPTR 161001 The passed self, other, or out is a null pointer.
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID 161002 The data type, data format, or dimension of self and other is not within the supported range.
self and other do not satisfy the data type deduction rule.
The deduced data type cannot be converted to the type of the specified output out.
The shapes of self and other cannot be broadcast.
The shape of out is not the shape after broadcasting self and other.
