Function

  • Description: Performs the arcsine operation on each element of the input matrix and outputs the result.

  • Formula:

    outi=sinโˆ’1(inputi)out_{i}=sin^{-1}(input_{i})

Function Prototype

  • aclnnAsin and aclnnInplaceAsin implement the same function. The differences in usage are as follows. Select the appropriate operator based on your actual scenario.

    • aclnnAsin: Create a new output tensor object to store the computation result.

    • aclnnInplaceAsin: No need to create a new output tensor object. The computation result is stored directly in the memory of the input tensor.

  • Each operator uses the two-phase API. You must first call the "aclnnAsinGetWorkspaceSize" or "aclnnInplaceAsinGetWorkspaceSize" API to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that encapsulates the operator computation process, and then call the "aclnnAsin" or "aclnnInplaceAsin" API to perform the computation.

aclnnAsinGetWorkspaceSize

  • Parameters:

    Parameter Input/Output Description Instruction Data Type Data Format Dimension (shape) Non-contiguous Tensor
    self (aclTensor*) Input When the type is INT8, INT16, INT32, INT64, UINT8, or BOOL, it is converted to FLOAT32 for computation and the output is of FLOAT32 type. Supports null tensor. FLOAT, FLOAT16, DOUBLE, INT8, INT16, INT32, INT64, UINT8, BOOL ND No more than 8 dimensions. โˆš
    out (aclTensor*) Output - The shape must be consistent with self. Supports null tensor. FLOAT, FLOAT16, DOUBLE ND No more than 8 dimensions. โˆš
    workspaceSize (uint64_t*) Output Returns the workspace size to be allocated on the Device side. - - - - -
    executor (aclOpExecutor**) Output Returns the operator executor, which contains the operator computation flow. - - - - -
    • Atlas A3 training products/Atlas A3 inference products: The self and out data types additionally support BFLOAT16. When the type is BFLOAT16, it is converted to FLOAT16 for computation and then converted back to BFLOAT16 for output.
  • Return value

    aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

    The first-phase API performs input parameter validation and returns an error in the following scenarios:

    return code Error Code description
    ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_NULLPTR 161001 The passed self or out is a null pointer.
    ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID 161002 The data type of self or out is not within the supported range.
    The shapes of self and out are inconsistent.
    The dimension of self or out exceeds 8.
