Starts profile data collection.

You can call the acl.prof.start API as required during model execution. The data collected by Profiling is the data after the API is called.

profiler_config	Int, profiling configuration. Call acl.prof.create_config to create data of the aclprofConfig type in advance.

Return Value	Description
ret	Int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values indicate failure.

Use this API together with the acl.prof.stop API. Call acl.prof.start first and then acl.prof.stop.
