问题现象描述

安装CANN软件包时，提示“check driver compatibility failed”，报错信息如下所示。

[ERROR] install failed:check driver compatibility failed.You can add --force to force install or upgrade the driver 
[INFO] delete directory /usr/local/Ascend/ascend-toolkit successfully. 
[ERROR] check the environment failed 
[ERROR] process exit

原因分析

当前环境上未安装驱动，或者已安装的驱动版本和CANN版本不兼容。

解决措施

1. 执行如下指令查看驱动版本。

   npu-smi info

   若无任何回显，则驱动未安装，若返回驱动版本信息，查看是否兼容当前CANN版本。

2. 单击链接，获取与CANN版本兼容的驱动版本信息，并重新安装驱动和固件。
