Computing Power Allocation Suggestion for the Atlas 300I Pro Inference Card

The current allocation solution cannot evenly allocate computing power, and the AtlasEdge identifies only one type of resource. To reduce computing power loss, you are advised to allocate NPU computing power based on the following suggestions:

• When allocating NPU resources, use only No.7 and No.10 modes described in "Virtualization Rules > Virtualization Modes" in the Ascend Virtualization Instance (AVI) User Guide.
  • No. 7: vir02, vir02, vir02, vir02_1c.

    Three vir02s are identified and reported, among which vir02_1c cannot be used.

  • No. 10: vir01, vir01, vir01, vir01, vir01, vir01, vir02_1c.

    Six vir01s are identified and reported, among which vir02_1c cannot be used.

• When there are multiple NPUs, you are advised to allocate each NPU based on the same mode or not to allocate them, to make full use of computing power.
