Checking the Firmware Version of the Atlas 500 AI Edge Station (Model 3000)

The AtlasEdge is contained in the firmware of the Atlas 500 AI edge station (model 3000). Before configuration, check the firmware version of the Atlas 500 AI edge station (model 3000) as follows.

1. Enter https://Atlas IES IP address in the search box of the browser and press Enter to go to the Atlas IES page.
2. Choose Maintenance > Firmware Upgrade > System Firmware, and check the current version of the Atlas 500 AI edge station (model 3000).

   Check whether the current version is 20.0.x.x or later. If the version does not meet the requirement, upgrade the version to 20.0.x.x or later by referring to "Upgrading the Firmware of the Altas 500 AI Edge Station (Model 3000)" in the Atlas 500 AI Edge Station Upgrade Guide (Model 3000).

   

   

   The firmware version in the 2.0.x format is later than 20.0.x.x.
