Analyzing ATC Conversion Logs

Check whether the operators that take a long time have records of not hitting the high-performance knowledge base in the logs.

• Search keyword 1: does not hit the high-priority operator information library.
  Log example:

• Search keyword 2: from cost_model

  Log example:
