Data Is Not Displayed on the Communication Page After Data Is Imported to MindStudio Insight

Symptom

After data is imported to MindStudio Insight, no data is displayed on the Communication page.

Cause Analysis

There are multiple subfolders between the current profile data directory and the directory ending with ascend_ms, for example, profiling/rank_x/dyn_prof_data/rank_x_start_xxx_end_xxx/xxx_ascend_ms. In this case, MindStudio Insight identifies the imported data as cluster data. As a result, the Communication page is displayed abnormally.

Solution

Find the directory whose name ends with ascend_ms, copy the directory to a newly created directory, ensure that the directory name ends with directory name/ascend_ms, and import the directory again to MindStudio Insight.
