What Do I Do If Files Are Lost Due to Abnormal Exit of MindStudio IDE?

Symptom

When MindStudio IDE exits abnormally, some files are lost because they are not saved.

Solution

You can perform the following settings to enable MindStudio IDE to automatically save a file after it is being idle for 15 seconds, preventing file loss due to exceptions.

Open the Settings page of MindStudio IDE, choose Appearance & Behavior > System Settings, and select Save files if the IDE is idle for xx seconds, as shown in Figure 1. You can set the time as needed.
