Deleted Features

The TensorFlow GPU2Ascend function has been deleted.
The ModelArts migration function has been deleted from the X2MindSpore and PyTorch GPU2Ascend tools.
The PyTorch GPU2Ascend tool no longer supports analysis and migration of scripts of PyTorch 1.8.1.
