Switching/Activating a CANN Package

Switching the CANN

• For a Linux OS:
  1. Open CANN Manager by referring to Overview and access the window shown in Figure 1 by using either of the following methods:
     • Click on the right of CANN location. The dialog box of selecting the Toolkit path is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.
     • Click Change CANN on the CANN Manager, and then click in the dialog box displayed, as shown in Figure 2.

  2. Select the new Toolkit and click OK. Confirm the change, as shown in Figure 3.

     1. Click OK. After MindStudio automatically reboots, the new CANN is activated.
     2. If a project has been opened before the CANN switchover, the dialog box shown in Figure 4 is displayed. Click OK. In the displayed dialog box shown in Figure 5, click Change and select the new Toolkit version.

     3. Click Cancel. The new CANN is not activated and is unavailable.
• For a Windows OS:
  1. Open CANN Manager by referring to Overview and click Change CANN on the right. The dialog box for switching the CANN is displayed.
  2. Select the new Toolkit and click OK. Confirm the change, as shown in Figure 6.

     Click OK. After MindStudio automatically reboots, the new CANN is activated. If a project has been opened before CANN switchover, the dialog boxes shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8 are displayed after the reboot, asking you to confirm the CANN version.
