Deleting a Project File

Right-click a file in the project directory on the left and choose Delete... from the shortcut menu. The deletion options are displayed, as shown in Figure 1. You can select one option to delete the file.

• Safe delete (with usage search): Search for the usage of the file to ensure that the file is not referenced and perform safe deletion. If the search result needs to be confirmed, MindStudio displays the overall search result and file usage for you to reference.
• (Optional) Search in comments and strings: Search the references of comments and character strings.
