Version Compatibility

Vision SDK: no compatibility issues.
Index SDK: After the upgrade, applications developed based on Index SDK need to be recompiled and related operators need to be regenerated.
RAG SDK: After the upgrade, you need to install Index SDK and generate operators before using AscendFaiss for retrieval.
Rec SDK: After the upgrade, the custom operators provided by Rec SDK need to be recompiled and deployed.
