Innerversion is NA During the Software and Hardware Compatibility Test

Symptom

The CANN package and driver are properly installed, but Innerversion is NA in the command output after the software and hardware compatibility test, as shown in the following figure.

Possible Causes

The configuration file may not exist in the actual installation path of the software package or the file may be abnormal.

For the driver, check the version.info file; for CANN, check the ascend_xxx_install.info file. xxx indicates the installed CANN software.

Solution

If the configuration file of the software is abnormal, uninstall the software and reinstall it.
