Setting the Payload on the BIOS

To achieve a superb H2D bandwidth test result, you are advised to change the value of Max Payload Size to 512B on the host for the AArch64-based Atlas A2 training products. The following uses the Atlas 900 PoD A2 as an example.

  1. Go to the BIOS screen by referring to this link and choose Advanced > PCIe Config.

  2. Go to the CPU PCIe Configuration page.

  3. Select Port 0.

  4. Set Max Payload Size to 512B. The default value is 256B. For details about Max Payload Size, see PCIe Config.
