Before You Start
- Ensure that MindCluster Ascend FaultDiag is independently deployed on each server. If MindCluster Ascend FaultDiag is deployed in a shared directory for multiple servers to access, unpredictable problems such as function execution failures or performance not meeting expectations may occur.
- It is recommended that MindCluster Ascend FaultDiag be installed and used by the same user account.
- The Python version supported by MindCluster Ascend FaultDiag must be 3.7 or later. Before installing MindCluster Ascend FaultDiag, check whether the Python version meets the requirements.
- All software and services mentioned in this document are the earliest supported versions. Select Python, OS, service, and software versions, as well as related third-party dependency libraries that meet your security requirements.
- Install security patches or upgrade to the latest version in a timely manner.
- During the installation, third-party dependency libraries are declared, and the compatibility of their earliest versions is verified. If the third-party libraries are incompatible due to an upgrade, the third-party packages of the specified version can be downgraded and installed separately.
