Alarm Description

This alarm is generated when the backend storage system is faulty.

This alarm is cleared when the backend storage system recovers.

Impact on the System

MindIO ACP is unavailable, and the backend storage is directly operated by users.

Possible Cause

• The backend storage system is faulty.
• The permission to operate the backend storage file is insufficient.

Procedure

1. Check whether the backend storage status is normal.
   • If the status is normal, go to 2.
   • If no, go to 3.
2. Check whether the user name and owner group permission of the file in the backend storage are the same as those of the client process.
   • If yes, the alarm is automatically cleared.
   • If no, go to 3.
3. Collect fault or log information and contact technical support engineers.
