Function Description

IndexIL is a feature management abstract class based on the continuous memory allocation mechanism. It is used by the retrieval algorithm that uses subscript indexes as labels and needs to inherit all APIs for implementation.

The vectors stored in the base library and the query vectors of each API must be of normalized FP16 type. (IL indicates Indices as Labels.)
