Parameter	Description
venc_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video encoding channel. Call acl.media.venc_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvencChannelDesc type in advance.
rc_mode	Int, bit rate control mode. 0: default value, CBR mode 1: variable bit rate (VBR) mode 2: constant bit rate (CBR) mode NOTE: If this attribute is not set, the default value 0 is used. Atlas 200I/500 A2 inference products: The default value 0 indicates the VBR mode. Atlas inference products: The default value 0 indicates the VBR mode.
