venc_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video encoding channel. Call acl.media.venc_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvencChannelDesc type in advance.
callback	Python function object, encoding callback function. Callback function format in Python: def venc_call_back_func(dvpp_pic_desc, dvpp_stream_desc, user_data): pass
