Parameter	Description
vdec_channel_desc	Int, description of the video decoding channel. Call acl.media.vdec_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.
ref_frame_num	Int, number of reference frames. The value range is [0, 16]. Atlas training products: Not configurable in the current version. Atlas 200I/500 A2 inference products: Defaults to 8. Atlas A2 training products/Atlas A2 inference products: Defaults to 8. Atlas inference products: Defaults to 8. Atlas A3 training products/Atlas A3 inference products: Defaults to 8.
