Sets the decoding channel description attribute: YUV image storage format.

Parameter	Description
vdec_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video decoding channel. Call acl.media.vdec_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.
out_pic_format	Int, YUV image storage format. For details about the supported formats, see Table 1. If the output format is not specified, YUV420SP NV12 is used by default.

Int, pointer address of the description of a video decoding channel.

Call acl.media.vdec_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.

out_pic_format

Int, YUV image storage format. For details about the supported formats, see Table 1.

If the output format is not specified, YUV420SP NV12 is used by default.

Return Value	Description
ret	Int, error code: 0 on success; else, failure.
