vdec_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video decoding channel. Call acl.media.vdec_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.
callback	Python function object, callback function. Callback function format in Python: def vdec_call_back_func(dvpp_stream_desc, dvpp_pic_desc, user_data): pass
