Makes a stream wait on a CntNotify object. This API is asynchronous.

aclError aclrtCntNotifyWaitWithTimeout(aclrtCntNotify cntNotify, aclrtStream stream, aclrtCntNotifyWaitInfo *info)

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
cntNotify	Input	CntNotify object to wait on.
stream	Input	Stream. To use the default stream, pass NULL. For stream synchronization, for example, Stream2 waits for Stream1, set this parameter to Stream2.
info	Input	Wait mode.
