Parameters

picDesc	Output	Pointer to the image description. Call acldvppCreatePicDesc to create data of the acldvppPicDesc type in advance.
dataDev	Input	Pointer to the image data memory on the device. The memory must be allocated by using acldvppMalloc.
size	Input	Memory size, in bytes.
format	Input	Image format.
width	Input	Width of the source image.
height	Input	Height of the source image.
widthStride	Input	Width stride.
heightStride	Input	Height stride.
retCode	Input	Return code (0 on success; else, failure).
