Sets the channel display attributes of a region. You are advised to obtain the attributes before setting them.

The Ascend EP form of Atlas 200I/500 A2 inference products does not support this API.

chn_attr	Input	Pointer to the channel display attributes of a region. This parameter cannot be null. Static attributes cannot be modified, but dynamic attributes can be modified.
