Description

Performs UB fusion on DX+ElementWise.

Restrictions

• ElementWise supports Relu, LeakyRelu, PRelu, and Add.
• DX supports Conv2DBackpropInputD, Conv2DTransposeD, and Deconvolution.
• This UB fusion applies to the DX non-quantization scenario and is mainly fused with ElementWise.
• Dynamic scenarios are not supported.
