Description
Performs UB fusion on Elemwise+DepthwiseConvolution in the following pattern.
Restrictions
- The ElementWise type supports only LeakyRelu, and the coefficient is 0.
- The DepthwiseConvolution type supports only DepthwiseConv2D.
