Method for Handling Residual Processes

If the matched Python version is Python 3.8.x (3.8.0–3.8.11) or Python 3.9.x (3.9.0–3.9.7), residual processes may exist during AOE tuning. For example,if you press Ctrl+C during tuning, residual processes may occur. This situation does not affect the normal tuning process or performance. You can run the kill command to clear the residual processes.
