AE Global Statistics with Weights

The AE global statistics are basically the same as the AE zoned statistics. The AE module provides four types of global statistics for the entire image, including HI_ISP_AE_TOTAL_R_AVER, HI_ISP_AE_TOTAL_GR_AVER, HI_ISP_AE_TOTAL_GB_AVER, and HI_ISP_AE_TOTAL_B_AVER. Their physical meanings are the same as those of the zoned statistics.
