Python Function	slice_split, ret = acl.himpi.venc_get_slice_split(chn)
Description	Obtains the slice split attributes of a channel. The Atlas 200/300/500 Inference Product does not support this API. The Atlas Training Series Product does not support this API.
Input Description	chn: int, encoding channel ID.
Return Value	slice_split: dict, stream segmentation parameter for H.264/H.265 encoding. ret: int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values: failure. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.
Restrictions	Only H.264/H.265 encoding channels support this API. This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.
