Obtains the tendency configuration of the CU/MB mode of a channel.

The Atlas 200/300/500 Inference Product does not support this API.

The Atlas Training Series Product does not support this API.

chn: int, encoding channel ID.

cu_pred: dict, dictionary of the tendency to use the CU mode. For details, see hi_venc_cu_prediction.

ret: int, error code.

• 0 indicates success.
• Other values: failure. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.

• This API is used to obtain the tendency configuration for using the CU mode.

• This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.

• Only H.264/H.265 encoding channels support this API.
