Sets the advanced JPEGE Huffman parameters of an encoding channel.

The Atlas 200/300/500 Inference Product does not support this API in the current version.

The Atlas Training Series Product does not support this API in the current version.

jpeg_huffman_param: dict, dictionary of the Huffman encoding parameters. For details, see hi_venc_jpeg_huffman_param.

ret: int, error code.

• 0 indicates success.
• Other values: failure. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.

This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.
