Python Function	ret = acl.himpi.venc_set_scene_mode(chn, scene_mode)
Function Usage	Sets the scene mode. The Atlas 200/300/500 Inference Product does not support this API in the current version. The Atlas Training Series Product does not support this API in the current version.
Input Description	chn: int, encoding channel ID. scene_mode: int, scene mode. For details, see hi_venc_scene_mode.
Return Value	ret: int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values: failure. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.
Restrictions	The image quality varies according to the scene mode. The default scene mode is HI_VENC_SCENE_0. This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.
