lib_name	Character array for identifying the algorithm library name, which is used to distinguish different algorithm libraries. HI_ISP_ALG_LIB_NAME_SIZE_MAX is used to define the maximum number of characters in 3A algorithm library name. 20 indicates that the name can contain a maximum of 20 characters.
